Big mouth, forgot the real name
Good or bad? No one knows
But it’s a take-it-or-leave-it deal
Then I take-it to criticize it
Inconsiderate it is
Doesn’t mind to show u
How ignored u are
Or to remind u of ur place
The last they remember to text
After ignoring ur hundred messages
Coz they hate the big mouth.

Or maybe they don’t hate it
The big mouth defends itself
Waking u up just to realize
U’ve been left hanging
Waiting for that one reply
That u won’t get unless u get the lesson
That whenever it shows ONLINE
Doesn’t mean the person is there for u
But for the big mouth!!

Innocent it is, shouldn’t be blamed
It’s just there to help u
To connect the world torn apart
For u to text the ones u miss
Or the ones u’re too lazy to meet
And it helps u know what u are
How big ur responsibility is
That u have to mind and control
The big mouth before u lose it all!

After it breaks the trust u had in it
And that it takes up all ur time
And has u fired without a dime
The zero work done, u take the blame
The helper u end up calling lame
Coz knowing him put u to shame
But he stays the big mouth!!

IT!! A thing it is, it needs a booth
So it hides into our cellphones
So to get the maximum attention
Ready to take whatever u send
Wonder why it never gets tired?
Everything is now wired
U just sit and forget why u were hired
But it never tires, the big mouth!

Sometimes it gets annoying
News u have to repeat a hundred times
The groups u mute in vain
The media that crowd up ur storage
And everyone who checks freely
On When last u came to text friends
Then they shut that option down
Allowing u to hide ur availability
But they should shut the big mouth!!

Oh, No!! It shouldn’t be shut down
I don’t remember the last time
I told my mom right in her face
I love u as she longs to hear
Just because I typed it in there
And other things we don’t dare
Unless sheltered by technology
Makes me think it’s for losers
I am coz I use the big mouth!

It stays on ur ear, has a lot to tell
U end up losing focus
U trip or hit an avoidable obstacle
Coz it’s the center of ur concentration
Some say it’s a tool of destruction
But I believe in none of these
We’re not robots, please
It’s just there to give our lives an ease
And our sociability a freeze
The time we think we’re saving
