The reasons why I hate myself
The dark secrets in my inner-shelf
And my insane sober thoughts
To which many fights I’ve lost?
Do you know my deepest fears
And the meaning of my tears
Or can you talk to my happy days
Call them back to replace this sad face?
Do you know where I run to
When I’m broken into more than two
Do you know the story of this soul
That for so long lost its role?
Do you know that I keep each scar
Of what I’ve been through so far?
And if I can’t be calmed by my guitar
You’ll wonder of my visits to the bar
Do you know it hurts when I don’t talk
And even more when I try to walk
Away from what keeps me in shock
And throws me down with a knock?
Well, I found solace in this pain
And I did learn to not complain
But it’s a bit hard to explain
Why I hold it close to my brain
